Fitness in 100 Words

1. Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no Sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

2. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics : pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc. hard and fast.

3. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.

4. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Good people at a good place. The workouts are hard, but everyone there is very encouraging. I would highly recommend this place.

Great group of athletes! Will make you feel right at home. Location, equipment, coach guidance, workout variation: all A+ I love that membership includes not only the CrossFit program, but also yoga and barre classes.

I can not say enough good things about this place. You'll start coming to get in shape, but you'll keep coming back because of the awesome people!
